Wayne (Available)

Wayne is heading home. The lovely Wayne that I rehomed last month is coming back for no other reason than lack of grass. He is an absolute gentleman and has done nothing wrong, and will therefore be available immediately.

So for that reason, the beautiful Wayne is available, immediately to the right person. He is 9yo, 17hh gelding by Soldier of Fortune. He had a fairly average career running P2P over hurdles and chase fences, before spending the last 12 months or so at the British Racing School where he has been teaching novice riders to become Jockeys.

He is now looking for a life away from the racing world where he can enjoy a varied life of adventures and have his very own person.

I have found him to be an absolute gentleman both under saddle and in hand. He is kind, polite and easy to do in all ways. Under saddle I find him to be more woah than go, but will pick up a shape in the school when asked. He is good in open spaces, pops a fence nicely and is just a lovely all round fun horse.

He has been great to hack both on his own and in company and has been nanny to some of the babies this week when asked. With further schooling I think he could be a fabulous show horse - having run in the UK he is eligible for all showing classes and is registered with RoR.

He will stand and wait on the buckle while other horses are worked and is just a real pleasure to have around. I think he could be a fantastic hunting horse with such a level head on his

No injuries or vices. Teeth, back and vaccs up to date, and is fit and ready to find his very own human.
